In operation since 2003, GameDuell is the largest German Casual Gaming site.   It offers skill-based multiplayer tournaments in casual games like Solitaire and Trivia. Kai focuses on general management and strategic partnerships.

Before GameDuell, Kai led strategic initiatives as Vice President Lycos Europe, including the expansion of Lycos to Eastern Europe, setting up the Lycos Shopping Channel and the post merger integration of the technical organization after the acquisitions of Spray networks, Multimania, Caramail and Jubii. He started his Internet career at Bertelsmann Multimedia, where he was driving new investments into the Internet and strategically managed portfolio companies like AOL, LYCOS and Gamechannel.   Prior to Bertelsmann, Kai Bolik worked as consultant for the Boston Consulting Group.

Kai holds an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, a Master of Computer Science from the City University of New York and a Master of Telecommunications from the Technical University of Berlin.
