After graduating from University with a Degree in Business Studies and Management, David Solari was fortunate enough to find a position which matched his passions for Marketing and Video Games.

Starting at Codemasters as Assistant Marketing Manager in 1997, David rapidly found his feet launching number 1 titles including LMA Manager, Colin McRae Rally 2 and World Championship Snooker.

David then spent 2 years with Codemasters USA, as Senior Marketing Manager based in Manhattan.  In this time David was responsible for the marketing of MTV Music Generator, Fox Kids Micro Maniacs, Mike Tyson Boxing and Codemasters first stateside number 1, Operation Flashpoint.

Returning to the UK David took on a number of senior brand and product orientated marketing roles which culminated in the role of Group Brand Manager for PC titles.  In this role David was responsible for Codemasters products and initiatives the PC space, which included massively multiplayer gaming. 

Taking this forward David and his team proposed the creation of an online gaming division for Codemasters. In the middle of 2005 Codemasters Online Gaming was born and has taken on responsibility Casual, Massively Multiplayer, Micro Transaction and service orientated gaming.

So far for COG, Funsta.com the casual gaming site has launched and operating agreements for RF Online and DDO have been announced.
