Adeo has extensive experience building media and entertainment companies: In 1994 he founded Total New York, Inc., one of the first advertiser-supported web media and entertainment properties. The following year he founded methodfive, inc. A strategic web development firm, it focused on the media and entertainment industry, providing strategies and systems to global media companies such as The New York Times and The BBC. Based on an initial US$2 million investment, the company was sold for $88 million in 2000. As Strategy Officer and EVP of Xceed, Inc. in 2000, Adeo oversaw the filing of a secondary stock offering and organized complimentary service offerings across 13 offices worldwide. Most recently, Mr. Ressi was a founding partner and Executive Committee member of Sophos Partners, a venture consulting and turnaround firm with offices in New York, Boston, Sao Paulo, and Tokyo. Mr. Ressi attended Carnegie Mellon University and the University of Pennsylvania from 1990 to 1994. |
